Job Summary

GoAdvisors is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to help scale our Remote Direct Staffing department. This role is responsible for building and executing a repeatable sales process, driving outbound demand, closing new clients, and positioning GoAdvisors as a trusted long-term staffing partner. This is a growth role with a clear path to Director of Sales and future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Daily / Ongoing

  • Execute cold outreach to prospective clients with a clear value proposition
  • Run email, SMS, and multi-step drip campaigns to share candidate summaries and staffing solutions
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source leads and build pipeline
  • Actively manage leads through the full sales funnel

Weekly / Monthly

  • Develop, refine, and optimize sales funnels across LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and campaigns
  • Implement and manage CRM workflows to track leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Collaborate with leadership on social media strategy and campaigns
  • Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook, and Instagram

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative at a remote staffing agency
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and improve outbound sales processes
  • Strong experience implementing and managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals within a structured sales process
  • Fluent, confident, sales-oriented English communication skills

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $1,200–$1,800 per month
  • Commissions: Commission-based revenue share paid per client, scaling by number of active employees placed, and earned for up to 12 months per placement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php68,700.00 - Php103,050.00 per month
