This role is central to building lasting client relationships, ensuring retention, supporting new business opportunities, and partnering with producers to drive growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Executive will leverage deep expertise in <strong>Property & Casualty insurance</strong> to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding service.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Partner with clients to understand their unique risk exposures and design insurance strategies that provide the right coverage for their business needs.</li><li>Serve as the trusted advisor on day-to-day matters, engaging producers when high-level input is required.</li><li>Present and explain a range of coverage options, considering client operations, loss history, and market trends.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with carriers to obtain timely quotes, proposals, and policies.</li><li>Collaborate with producers on new business placements, ensuring a smooth transition from binding to account management.</li><li>Lead renewal processes, including marketing efforts, coverage reviews, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts.</li><li>Mentor and support team members to encourage collaboration and shared success.</li><li>Maximize the use of agency management systems (AMS360) through consistent, thorough documentation of client interactions.</li></ul><br><br>Desired Qualifications<br><ul><li>10+ years of experience servicing commercial accounts (renewals, marketing, billing, endorsements, certificates, proposals, etc.).</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage and rating.</li><li>Active pursuit or completion of the CIC designation (or comparable certification) within two years.</li><li>Skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong organizational ability.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex insurance concepts.</li><li>Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle large workloads effectively.</li><li>Professional presence and customer-service mindset.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>AMS360</strong> is required.</li><li>Valid Property & Casualty license.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.</li></ul><br><br>Compensation & Benefits<br><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision).</li><li>Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.</li><li>4.5% 401(k) contribution (subject to IRS limits).</li><li>Tuition reimbursement for continued education.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.</li></ul>
