The Customer Success Account Manager will support new customer onboarding and ensure exceptional service, partnering closely with the sales team to assist customers in meeting their package commitment goals.


Responsibilities

  • Support daily customer operations: Assist customers with day‑to‑day needs and maintain clear, responsive communication
  • Guide customers through onboarding: Ensure new customers meet volume commitments and receive a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assist territory leadership: Provide reporting, administrative, and account‑related support to the Director of Customer Success Accounts
  • Manage ongoing account activities: Track deliverables, support contractual requirements, and maintain alignment with customer expectations
  • Represent the team externally: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed
  • Contribute to best practices: Collaborate with peers and internal teams to apply and enhance customer success and business development processes
  • Deliver business reviews: Prepare, present, and follow through on customer business reviews and updates

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field
