Oversee Campaign Management and Analytics • Manage performance marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and reporting. • Track KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to inform data-backed decisions. • Use advanced marketing analytics tools to report on campaign health and recommend strategic pivots. Team Collaboration and Leadership • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content strategists to deliver seamless brand experiences. • Mentor junior marketers and cross-functional contributors on best practices and marketing trends. • Build scalable processes and documentation to support marketing operations and growth.
