Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Henry Schein is a company focused on healthcare solutions, seeking an Ethics & Compliance Investigations Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting the investigation process and related compliance programs, ensuring proper handling of reports of suspected non-compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct, all phases of internal investigations related to alleged violations of the Company's Worldwide Business Standards, and other compliance policies and procedures
  • Prepare timely and concise final internal investigation reports for the Investigations Committee
  • Ensure all Helpline and non-Helpline reports are tracked in a case management tool and that all data fields are complete and accurate. This includes interaction with global case managers to validate accuracy and completion of the case data
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Legal with respect to the end-to-end investigations process to track and follow up on the corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation, case management files, and audit records in connection with the investigations
  • Responsible for interpreting data trends and statistics to compile into compliance presentations for management
  • Assist with creating decks/ presentations to document status and executive summary of internal investigations
  • Support the relationship and contract with the Company’s external Compliance Helpline vendor and timely triage of all reports received via the Compliance Helpline
  • Review current investigation processes and document changes in work instructions and templates
  • Responsible for providing input on continuous system enhancements to designated Case Management system
  • Assist in special projects and perform other duties as required
  • Participate in resolving issues based on existing solutions, policies, and procedures
