Telehealth is a growing private practice and multi specialty virtual care group providing on demand and scheduled virtual care to patients across the United States. We are currently seeking Family Nurse Practitioners interested in short, focused telehealth visits centered around acute care and everyday primary care needs.

This role is well suited for FNPs who enjoy efficient visits, clear clinical decision making, and a consistent flow of patients without long administrative tasks. Visits are generally brief and focused, covering common acute concerns such as upper respiratory symptoms, minor infections, rashes, simple women’s health needs, and basic primary care follow ups.

Providers have strong autonomy while still having access to clinical support when needed. This is a flexible opportunity that works well for both experienced telehealth clinicians and FNPs newer to virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short virtual visits using video and secure messaging
• Evaluate and treat common acute and primary care conditions
• Prescribe medications when appropriate and within scope
• Provide patient education and clear follow up instructions
• Review basic labs or records as needed
• Complete timely documentation in EMR
• Communicate with clinical support team as needed

Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in at least one US state
• FNP required
• DEA preferred but not required
• Comfortable managing high volume short visits
• Strong communication and patient focused approach
• Telehealth experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is a plus
• New graduates with solid acute care training welcome
