Responsibilities

  • Work with the Divisional Field Services Senior Director and other regional directors to translate enterprise priorities into local strategies
  • Manage all in-home service partner relationships in your region to achieve operating results and customer service standards
  • Coach the leadership teams across your region to promote talent development, performance management and strong employee experiences
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with service partner senior leadership to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Regularly assess warehouses to ensure operational standards are met
  • Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging

Skills

  • 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
  • 5 years of experience with responsibility for financial results, including sales, margin and profitability
  • 5 years of retail, logistics, operational, warehouse, inventory or customer service experience
  • 3 years of multi-unit management experience
  • 3 years of experience managing vendor relationships or partnership
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the year
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, distribution, logistics, business or related field
  • Experience managing multiple distribution centers
  • Supply chain experience, including transportation, demand planning or vendor management
