Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Financial Analyst specializing in Healthcare to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced financial analysis utilizing Axiom, data visualization, and strategic planning skills within a remote environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis in a healthcare setting to support decison-making.

This position is integral to driving data-driven insights and supporting organizational growth through meticulous financial analysis and forecasting.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including cash flow, profit & loss statements, and cost accounting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using Microsoft Excel, VBA, Pivot tables, and Power BI for scenario analysis and forecasting.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations utilizing financial report writing skills for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
  • Perform business analysis and quantitative research to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Support budgeting processes and strategic planning initiatives by providing accurate forecasts based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate finance projects including investment analysis, governmental accounting compliance, and business intelligence initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in financial analysis within healthcare.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions like VBA, Pivot tables, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and Axiom
  • Demonstrated ability in financial report writing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of governmental accounting standards and healthcare-specific financial concepts is a plus.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
