Essential Qualifications Certified Expertise: Current Group Fitness Certification from ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent. CPR/AED Certification: Active certification required to ensure member safety. Foundational Knowledge: Strong grasp of anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, and ACSM recommendations for frequency, intensity, duration, and mode. Instructional Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead group classes in at least two of the following modalities: strength & conditioning, dance, cardio, sculpt, boxing, or martial arts.
