Job Description

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources at a leading technology company? Microsoft is seeking a motivated Remote HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world HR initiatives, support our global workforce, and learn best practices in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of various HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support the talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize and facilitate virtual onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis for HR reports and metrics.
  • Assist with employee relations inquiries and provide support to HR business partners.
  • Participate in special projects related to HR policy development, training, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills
