Remote Inbound Appointment Setter (Part-time, Commission Only) On-target earnings: $2,500 to $5,000/month working 2-4 hours per day

Important: This is not a “high-ticket closer” role. It is a part-time, commission-only role for hungry reps who want a simple game: Call hot leads fast. Book appointments. Get paid 30 dollars per appointment that shows.

Who We Are:

TruSolace is a transformative, holistic med spa focused on real, lasting change (not quick fixes). We help people reconnect to their bodies, rebuild trust with themselves, and create momentum through science-backed treatments, education, and personalized care. Every conversation matters, because for many clients, this is the moment they finally choose themselves.

We move with intention, speed, and integrity. We value clear communication, grounded energy, and doing what’s right for the patient (even when that means slowing the sale or saying no). If you care about people, believe in transformation, and want your work to mean something beyond a paycheck, you’ll feel aligned here.

Our Core Values:

Momentum

We act fast, we respond fast, and we approach problems with curiosity and “I don’t know, but I can figure it out”

Integrity

We say what we’ll do and we do it. No cash grabs, no games with customers, tight-knit fully aligned team.

Competitive Greatness

We crave challenge. We are always becoming better versions of ourselves. We show up when it’s hard, and we win with humility and hunger. You’ll be coached, reviewed, and expected to improve.

The Role: Remote Inbound Appointment Closer

You will be the first voice new leads hear.

Your job is simple:

  • Call hot inbound leads within 60 to 180 seconds during your shift
  • Follow-up with contacted warm leads in the CRM
  • Have a real conversation
  • Book them into a scheduled appointment with our team
  • Get paid for every qualified show

No cold calling. No DM grinding. No building your own list.

What You’ll Do

  • Call and text inbound and aged leads through Go High Level (CRM)
  • Hit speed-to-lead under 2 minutes during your live blocks (15 minutes max hard cap)
  • Follow proven talk tracks to qualify and book appointments
  • Educate prospects on our transformation programs and what to expect
  • Log all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Follow up on interested leads until they book or hard decline
  • Join 1 to 2 team calls per week for training, call reviews, and updates

Lead Flow & Schedule

  • Hours: 2-4 hr blocks in evenings and on weekends (flexible + consistent blocks)
  • Lead volume: Expect 5 to 10 new inbound leads per shift plus follow ups
  • All leads are warm opt-ins who requested info on body transformation by filling out a form with their name, phone #, and email
  • You work from home, on our system, during your assigned blocks
  • You must be able to respond to new leads within 1 to 2 minutes while on shift

Earnings & Compensation

  • 30 dollars per paid, qualified appointment that you book
  • No cap on appointments; your income is 100 percent performance-based

Realistic earnings (not hype):

  • First week:
  • Learning scripts, systems, and flow
  • Target: 1-5 appointments set per day
  • Typical: $1,000- $2,000 in month one
  • Top 10 percent:
  • Consistently hit 5+ appointments set per day
  • Earn $2,500+ per month part-time

There is no base salary. If you want guaranteed pay, this is not the role. If you want to get out what you put into it, this is for you.

Your First Week:

Days 1-2

  • Onboarding, tech setup, CRM access
  • Script training and objection handling
  • Listen to live calls and call recordings
  • Roleplay
  • Start making a smaller number of supervised calls

Days 3-7

  • 30 to 50 calls per day
  • Goal: 1 to 3 appointments set per day
  • You’ll get daily feedback and weekly call reviews

Long-term

  • 50 to 80 calls per day
  • Goal: 4+ appointments set per day
  • Consistent income in the 2,500 to 4,000 dollar range if you hit targets (we have employees working from home that currently make $100+ in 1-3 hours)

We know the biggest risk is people quitting before they hit flow. So we give you structure, clear targets, and coaching so you can win fast.

Who This Is For

  • 6+ months experience in phone sales or appointment setting
  • Comfortable being on the phone, not hiding behind DMs
  • Can focus for 2 to 4 hour calling blocks without distraction
