The Managed Services Consultant will provide ongoing professional services for customers using Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions, focusing on post-go-live consulting and administrative support.


Responsibilities

  • Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients
  • Configuration enhancement for live applications – business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications, etc
  • Bulk import/export/updates of content and data
  • Recommendations on application features, use, and best practices
  • Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
  • Creation of reports and dashboards

Skills

  • 3+ years experience configuring/supporting/implementing content management software or related services delivery
  • Customer service or consulting experience
  • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
  • Experience managing clients requests and setting expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
  • Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements
  • Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs
