Key Responsibilities: • Consult with Mom Groups: Engage with moms and family groups to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. Provide personalized recommendations for group-friendly destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences that suit the specific needs of moms and families • Plan Customized Group Itineraries: Create tailored travel itineraries for moms and their families, including everything from group accommodations, flights, transportation, and activities to special events and leisure time. Ensure that the itinerary is fun, relaxing, and family-friendly • Coordinate Group Travel Details: Organize group bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities. Manage all logistical details to ensure a smooth travel experience, such as coordinating transportation, meal plans, and special requests for large groups • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for mom groups before, during, and after their trips. Be available to answer questions, address concerns, and offer support throughout the booking and travel process • Sales and Commission: Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close bookings. Earn commission on every completed booking, with unlimited earning potential based on your ability to secure group bookings Qualifications: • No Experience Required: This is an entry-level role, and training is provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed as a Mom Group Travel Specialist. If you're passionate about travel and group coordination, we will help you learn the ins and outs of the industry • Location Requirements: Must be a resident of the USA, Mexico, or the UK • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert recommendations • Sales and Customer Service Focus: As this is a commission-based position, the ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales will be crucial.
