Job Summary

We are hiring a PPC Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and paid media strategy to drive scalable, high-ROI campaigns. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and has a proven track record of optimizing and scaling paid acquisition channels.

You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn as needed)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize performance
  • Implement and oversee conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
  • Collaborate with design, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance
  • Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaign performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization principles
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is preferred
