The Talent Development Program Manager will design, manage, and deliver development programs to enhance workforce capability, partnering with leaders to ensure effective learning solutions and measurable business impact.


Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs that build organizational capability
  • Conducts enterprise-level capability and learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps and inform long-term development roadmaps
  • Develops scalable learning solutions using blended, virtual, and in-person modalities, applying adult learning theory, learning and 70-20-10 principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer and application
  • Facilitates key learning engagements or leader-facing sessions as needed and provide subject-matter expertise to support enterprise capability initiatives
  • Develops and maintains enterprise learning metrics, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and inform decision-making
  • Manages program timelines, resources, communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Evaluates program effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
  • Partners closely with HR, business leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to align development programs with strategic organizational priorities
  • Oversees and maintains learning data, documentation, and reporting to support governance, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Manages vendor relationships, learning technology platforms, and budget components associated with enterprise learning programs

Skills

  • 7+ w/Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale learning initiatives or cross-functional program
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning systems
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and contributing to organizational capability strategy
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and talent development practices
  • Ability to design and architect scalable, enterprise-ready learning experiences across multiple modalities
  • Knowledge of Contact Center and operational training needs and performance drivers
  • Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills in both virtual and live environments
  • Ability to assess needs, build strategic solutions, and evaluate outcomes using learning analytics
  • Proficiency with enterprise learning technologies (LMS/LXP), digital content tools, virtual delivery platforms
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams in a remote, multicampus enterprise environment
  • Commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and equitable learning experiences
  • Advanced ability to interpret learning data and generate insights that inform enterprise strategy and leadership decision-making
  • Master's degree preferred (HR, OD, Education, Psychology, or related field)
  • Experience supporting high volume operations, Contact Center development, or service oriented environments strongly preferred
