The Project Manager for Integrity Operations will oversee safety-related initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing user trust across Meta's platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly ambiguous and time-sensitive environment
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Global Operations, Vendors, User Research, and UX teams
  • Develop as an expert in RGS (Regulated Goods & Services) Policies
  • Provide key operational insights into metrics and facilitate data-driven recommendations for resource allocation and workflow efficiency
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
  • Develop expertise of the integrity and support issues across Global Operations at Meta
  • Ensure the quality of labeled data sets, ensuring alignment to Meta's policies and/or support processes
  • Partner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team's labeling interfaces

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including leadership
  • Familiarity with AI prompting and tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
  • Familiarity with policy and regulatory requirements related to online safety and integrity
  • Avid user of our platform of products
  • Experience in developing LLM modules
  • Experience in an extremely fast moving area with constant changes and large variety of stakeholders
