Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate live engagement across digital platforms during sports events
  • Respond to audience comments in real time while maintaining brand tone and voice
  • Foster positive, inclusive, and engaging online communities
  • Identify, escalate, and manage inappropriate or policy-violating content
  • Adapt messaging style based on event context, audience sentiment, and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth live-event coverage
  • Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency during high-volume engagement periods

Skills

  • Native-level fluency in Italian (written and reading comprehension required)
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital engagement
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different brand voices and communication styles
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
  • Comfortable with client-facing communication
