As a Residential Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales Rep, you're on the front lines, bringing blazing-fast fiber internet directly to the people. You'll be the face of our brand, hitting the pavement in your assigned territory to engage with potential customers and make their digital lives better. Whether you've rocked it in customer service, retail, or hospitality, or have experience canvassing, your skills are exactly what we're looking for! A structured training program that equips you with the skills to succeed. Every new employee will have the opportunity to attend a one-week onsite training event where they will learn through hands-on experience about the job.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned areas, going door-to-door to connect with potential customers.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of our fiber internet services-how it's faster, more reliable, and often more affordable than the competition.
  • Confidently close sales using a simple digital process, signing up new customers on the spot.

Requirements

  • Must have a reliable insured car and valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones?
  • The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
  • Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
