They are seeking a Residential Review Appraiser to provide opinions of value on residential real estate while ensuring compliance with bank regulations and appraisal standards, focusing on building relationships with integrity and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Receives appraisal requests and determines the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk
  • Reviews residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and reports findings and conclusions in written format
  • Orders original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitors status of orders, communicates with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems
  • Forms a final opinion of value on the properties appraised
  • Attends related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
