About the Opportunity

Are you a proven closer who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships?

We’re representing a fast-growing data and compliance technology company that helps businesses protect themselves from costly TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) litigation. Their subscription-based solution is the industry’s most comprehensive suppression database—used by marketing and call center leaders to identify and eliminate high-risk contacts before outreach begins.

This is a rare opportunity to join a recession-resistant niche with explosive demand—where every sale directly helps companies avoid lawsuits that can cost thousands of dollars per violation.

The Role

As a Remote Sales Executive (1099), you’ll sell a subscription service trusted by legal and marketing teams nationwide. You’ll engage qualified leads, conduct product demos, and close new monthly and annual subscriptions. The role is ideal for a self-driven, persuasive salesperson who thrives in autonomy and enjoys the financial upside of a performance-driven model.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and close new B2B clients in marketing, lead generation, and call center sectors
  • Conduct online presentations and demos with business owners and compliance teams
  • Manage your own pipeline with consistent follow-up and deal tracking
  • Hit monthly targets of 6+ new subscriptions (requirement to maintain at least 4 new monthly sales to remain eligible for retainer renewal and commission status)
  • Nurture relationships to maximize renewals and long-term recurring revenue

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with 3+ years of B2B closing experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or compliance
  • Confident selling to business owners, legal, and marketing decision-makers
  • Skilled in remote sales presentations (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent communicator with a strong work ethic and follow-through
  • Motivated by autonomy, results, and residual income
  • This role isn’t for order-takers. You’ll be measured on conversions, not activity. If you thrive on chasing business and building your own book, you’ll love it.

Why This Role Is Compelling

  • 100% remote and performance-based
  • High-demand product that protects clients from multi-million-dollar legal risks
  • Real earning potential: $70K–$140K+ in year one, $130K+ in year two
  • Subscription-based recurring income—you’ll build monthly recurring income that compounds as you retain clients.
  • You own your pipeline and earnings potential
  • Role potentially grows into sales management with your own sales team

Compensation Structure

  • Guaranteed Retainer: $3,500/month
  • Commissions: 10% recurring residuals on all active client subscriptions
  • Performance Incentive: After maintaining an average of 6+ sales per month for 6 months, retainer increases to $4,000/month and residuals to 15%
  • Uncapped Earnings: High performers can exceed $130K+ annually with continued sales growth

This model rewards consistency and loyalty—your book of business pays you monthly as long as accounts remain active.
