Responsibilities

  • Analyze, program, and deploy Salesforce.com software packages and custom code
  • Utilize Apex, VisualForce, or other supported languages to modify and expand functionality within Salesforce, Chatter, Data.com, Heroku, Site.com, or Force.com
  • Ensure seamless integration of existing code and packages into Salesforce Platform-as-a-Service or Software-as-a-Service environments
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses within the Salesforce platform
  • Create and manage custom objects, record types, workflows, flows, and page layouts
  • Maintain data integrity through data imports, updates, deduplication, and audits
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed while exercising appropriate independent judgment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Skills

  • 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin or Developer role
  • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses
  • Ability to create and manage custom objects, record types, workflows, flows, and page layouts
  • Experience maintaining data integrity through data imports, updates, deduplication, and audits
  • Proficiency in Apex and VisualForce programming languages
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce administration including user management and security settings
  • Ability to design and implement custom objects, workflows, and automation
  • Data management expertise including imports, updates, and quality assurance
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Gen AI setup is a plus
