The SAP PPDS Senior Consultant will be responsible for advising and designing innovative production planning processes, ensuring service quality, and fostering relationships with clients to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Being committed to advising and designing innovative and holistic production planning processes with a focus on transportation in SAP PPDS
  • Your strengths also include adjustments to the system landscape using customizing
  • Together with your team, you are the first contact person for users and key users in the SAP PPDS environment
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of training courses and workshops
  • Participate in exciting production projects from cost calculation to implementation
  • Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management
  • Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics concepts
  • Create long term relationships with clients
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities
  • Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education
  • 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP PPDS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling) Experience (Process & Customizing)
  • Minimum 3 full SAP PPDS lifecycle implementations
  • Profound SAP PPDS project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
  • Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
  • Professional appearance with strong customer focus
  • Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with MHP Americas, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status)
