The Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, Early Careers is responsible for optimizing Talent Acquisition systems and processes, leading projects, and driving recruitment strategies for early career roles.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead large, complex Talent Acquisition (TA) projects that require extensive cross-functional and external vendor collaboration. Work closely with TA leaders and associates to ensure seamless project execution and adoption. Delegate tasks effectively to project support team members, develop and coordinate communications to support project goals, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead the optimization of TA systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and improve TA workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of TA technologies, including Paradox, HireLogic and myInterview/Radancy, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization by partnering cross functionally with HRIS, IT, and Legal
  • Deliver Early Career hiring and recruitment strategies, partnering closely with the Early Careers program owner. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Early Career roles, including developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and managing the hiring process through offer acceptance. This role supports strategy delivery and hiring execution, not overall program management
  • Support the TA Training Academy Program as needed, assisting with the development, delivery, and facilitation of department‑wide trainings that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA team. This may include contributing to training content, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with project team members to ensure successful execution of process/best practice training, TA competency training, and systems and tools training
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including TA Leadership, PLD, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, IT, and business partners to ensure alignment and support for TA initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest TA technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team within a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting early career or entry-level hiring strategies
