Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations, and they are seeking a Senior NICE CXone expert to act as a technical advisor for their customers. This role involves guiding customers on optimizing their existing CXone infrastructure and providing a roadmap for future improvements through consultative audits and strategic recommendations.


Responsibilities

  • Architecture Review: Audit existing IVR, ACD, and omnichannel workflows in CXone Studio to identify inefficiencies
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide technical recommendations on how to stabilize legacy NiceInContact implementations or prepare them for modernization
  • Integration Strategy: Assess and advise on data flow integrations between CXone and external CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) using REST APIs
  • Optimization: Review routing logs and configuration settings to troubleshoot high-level performance issues

Skills

  • 5+ years of deep experience with NICE CXone (formerly NiceInContact). You must have a strong grasp of both legacy architecture and the modern cloud environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in CXone Studio. You must be able to read and audit complex logic branches, custom actions, and snippets without needing to build them from scratch
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML for troubleshooting and advising on CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with the new CXone Mpower architecture or Enlighten AI is a plus, particularly regarding the transition from rules-based to AI-driven routing
  • Understanding of data flows related to Workforce Management and Quality Management
  • Capable of translating complex business requirements into clear technical logic for the client's internal team
  • Able to look at a broken process or routing log and quickly identify the root cause without trial-and-error
