Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. L'Oréal USA is establishing a new, multi-division Pricing organization crucial for the upcoming NEO system implementation. The Pricing Senior Analyst will manage discount compliance and foster partnerships to enhance pricing strategies and resolve disputes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and settlement of on- and off-invoice discounts for L'Oréal USA's multi-division retailers, utilizing SAP S/4 (NEO), CCS, and HighRadius
  • Ensure the accurate application of client contracts and the quality of pricing data, guaranteeing strict compliance with internal controls and 'The Way We Trade' standards
  • Serve as a key pricing reference for our multi-division or division-specific retailers, ensuring effective communication and alignment for pricing conformity and optimization
  • Work closely with Credit and Deduction teams to monitor aged balances, manage and justify provisions, and lock contracts once all deductions are matched and settled
  • Manage daily relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Key Account Managers (KAMs), Customer Service, and Commercial Controlling teams
  • Proactively address and resolve pricing discrepancies and disputes, performing root cause analysis to minimize financial impact and strengthen customer partnerships
  • Be a force of proposal, ensuring discount conditions align with divisional commercial policy and challenging them when necessary to protect P&L liability and ensure data integrity
  • Ensure high-quality Gross-to-Net (G2N) reporting for each Division, aligning with our 'The Way We Trade' principles

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance/Accounting
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles
  • Ability to understand the financial impact of operational actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Knowledge of Gross-to-Net (G2N) and P&L implications
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP systems (SD/FI modules)
  • Ability to manage data tool such as Power BI
  • Operational rigor and process logic
  • Strategic, data-driven problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to pivot to support broader team goals
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
