Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Strategy Execution: Maintain and refine pricing models specifically for Residential new customer acquisition. Evaluate the profitability of introductory offers, discounts, and "first-service" pricing across different geographies

  • Strategic Segmentation: Build multi-variable segmentation models to isolate the drivers of margin mix. Use these findings to design pricing guardrails that bridge the gap between marketing/sales targets and operational reality
  • Data Mining & LTV Modeling: Utilize advanced SQL to extract granular transactional data. Model the downstream impact of acquisition offers on long-term value (LTV) and churn to ensure we are acquiring profitable customers, not just volume

  • No sponsorship or OPT available
  • Deep understanding of Acquisition Economics: Experience analyzing customer acquisition funnels, CAC, promotional ROI, and sales commission structures is highly preferred
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to validate pricing hypotheses (e.g., measuring the elasticity of a $10 price increase on conversion rates)
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing large datasets and translating them into business recommendations
