Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Firstsource is building an AI-enabled marketing services capability anchored on their partnership with Typeface. They are seeking a senior leader to build, launch, and scale this new offering, focusing on offering development, go-to-market leadership, client engagement, and delivery design.


Responsibilities

  • Build an AI-enabled, profitable marketing service business that leverages the Typeface platform
  • Translate marketing workflows content ops, creative operations, personalization, campaign execution into scalable, repeatable services
  • Drive go-to-market: define value propositions, build sales assets, support pursuits, and shape client narratives
  • Lead client discovery and solutioning for marketing transformation programs
  • Own the partnership interface with Typeface and coordinate co-selling, co-marketing, and solution innovation
  • Work with delivery teams to design scalable models combining human expertise and automated/agentic workflows
  • Support capability growth plans, talent strategy, and adoption targets
  • Design and develop a portfolio of AI-enabled marketing services leveraging the Typeface platform
  • Translate marketing workflows (e.g., content operations, personalization, campaign execution) into structured, repeatable service offerings
  • Create service playbooks, pricing models, and standardized solution assets
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, value propositions, and use-case narratives
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Industry vertical leaders to drive pipeline and strategic pursuits
  • Lead efforts to build demos, enablement materials, and ROI frameworks to support sales engagement
  • Lead client discovery sessions and workshops, translating business needs into actionable solution architectures
  • Provide subject matter expertise to CMOs, Digital leaders, and Marketing Operations teams
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and success for early lighthouse clients
  • Serve as the executive owner of the partnership with Typeface
  • Drive collaboration on co-selling, co-marketing, and solution innovation
  • Build an external partner ecosystem across complementary Martech and data platforms
  • Work with operations leaders to design delivery models that combine AI workflows with marketing specialists and creative teams
  • Develop training and operational playbooks to scale capability maturity
  • Monitor delivery performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement
  • Support growth planning, including investment, talent roadmaps, and capability expansion
  • Own objectives related to adoption, revenue contribution, and delivery excellence

Skills

  • 12–20 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, Martech consulting, content operations, or related experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows (segmentation, creative ops, content pipelines, personalization, lifecycle campaigns)
  • Familiarity with generative AI use cases in marketing (content automation, personalization, workflow optimization)
  • Experience with Martech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build service offerings or bring new digital capabilities to market
  • Strong executive-facing communication skills and experience in pre-sales or client solutioning
  • Leadership experience building cross-functional teams across strategy, solutioning, and delivery
  • Understanding of generative AI use cases in marketing, such as content automation, personalization, and workflow optimization
  • Experience working with or building solutions on SaaS platforms (AI, Martech, or workflow automation tools preferred)
  • Proven track record developing service offerings, solution playbooks, and scalable delivery models
  • Ability to define service packages, SLAs, and value frameworks
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and executive-level client engagement
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives, ROI stories, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborative approach to working with sales teams and cross-functional leaders
  • Experience building and leading diverse teams across strategy, solutioning, and delivery
  • Strong operational mindset with an ability to bring structure to ambiguous or emerging areas
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Experience within consulting firms, digital agencies, Martech vendors, or global service providers
  • Exposure to enterprise-grade AI or marketing platforms
  • Prior P&L responsibility or significant commercial ownership
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Preferred: Experience with SaaS platform partnerships, AI platform integration, or prior P&L/commercial ownership
