What You’ll Do 

  • Provide customer support over the phone for tax software users by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable support.
  • Navigate multiple systems and document interactions with accuracy.
  • Choose the hours you want to commit — mornings, evenings, weekends…whatever fits your life. 

 

Requirements 

  • Experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls providing customer service.
  • Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office with the required equipment (Windows 11 PC, wired internet, dual monitors, USB headset).
  • Willingness to commit at least 80 blocks/month January–April. 

 

Preferred 

  • Availability on April 14–15 (high-volume days).
  • Comfortable using video/screen-sharing tools.
  • Prior product support or call center experience is a plus.
