You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. </p> <p>As a Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: </p> <ul> <li>Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems related to SSL, servers and/or relational data bases.</li> <li>Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services.</li> <li>Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations. </li> <li>Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner.</li> <li>Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date.</li> <li>Using your computer knowledge to give exceptional customer service.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p> <p> To be successful in this role you will: </p> <ul> <li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent. </li> <li>Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check. </li> <li>Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.</li> <li>Have at least 6 months of customer service work experience.</li> <li>Typing Speed of 30WPM or higher.</li> <li>Have knowledge of desktop and portable devices.</li> <li>Have knowledge of relational databases, SSL and/or Servers.</li> <li>Have wired internet service (No Wi-fi or Satellite); Internet speed test will confirm that speeds meet the requirements of Download speed 10mbps or higher, Upload speed of 3mbps or higher and ping results lower than 175ms.</li> <li>Secured workspace that has a door that separates you from the rest of your home. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong></p> <p>At Conduent we want you to be yourself.
