Remote Working Travel Agent – Be Your own boss

Be your ow travel agent and book your own customers
We are a succesful travel company trading for over 45+years seeking travel professionals to invest in by supporting you to start your own travel agency working remotely from home.

No finances from you in set up or joining ... we do it all for you.

Be your own boss, have the flexibility to work your own days and hours ... you even get to name the travel business yourself

We support you in full business set up, to include business email, business cards, social media and marketing set up and support

This support continues on a daily basis once you are set up and running - you have full access to over 300+ travel suppliers that we have confirmed commercial deals , all ready for you to offer to your own customers

Daily marketing offers and promotions researched and sent to you from our marketing team, enabling you to concentrate on your customers enquiries and requirments or promoting these offers across your customer database and social media contacts

Responsibilities

  • Build your own customer database
  • Market and send regular offers to your customers sent from our marketing team
  • Market yourself and business building leads and contacts
  • Research and recommend suitable travel options including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions to your own customers
  • Book travel arrangements accurately to your customers using our travel suppliers and add onto our inhouse reservation systems and ensure all documentation is complete
  • Provide detailed itineraries and travel advice to your customers , including visa requirements and travel safety tips
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destination information, and promotional offers
  • Handle client queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions (depending on your customers)
  • Assist clients with modifications or cancellations of bookings as needed (We also have a customer service and admin team available to you at all times)
  • Build long-term relationships with yoru customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the travel industry
  • Entrepaneurial personality
  • Self motivated and self target driven
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and booking software
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and industry developments
