Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive long-term strategic vision that spans the entire learner journey, from initial website interaction through to renewal, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and personalized experience that fosters sustained learner loyalty
  • Create and execute innovative strategies for learner acquisition, conversion, and retention, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize the user experience across multiple touchpoints
  • Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap, fostering collaboration across product, marketing, engineering, design, and data teams
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of Product Managers, cultivating a high-performance culture that emphasizes growth, promotion, and sustained career development
  • Drive the implementation of pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to boost growth and profitability
  • Utilize market and consumer data to inform strategic product decisions, fostering regular feedback mechanisms from users and stakeholders to meet evolving needs
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to market launch, ensuring successful adoption and iterative improvements based on post-launch analyses

Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of spearheading product-led growth initiatives and funnel optimization at a strategic level
  • A minimum of 10 years in leadership and management, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading and nurturing teams of product managers, as well as cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, high-performance team culture. Proven leadership in scaling teams for maximum impact
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights to improve funnel performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to a variety of stakeholders, both in writing and in presentations. Mastery in influencing and mobilizing key decision-makers
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation to launch. Proven experience in efficiently allocating resources for optimal outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on strategic initiatives that have driven significant business growth and customer acquisition through funnel optimization and product enhancements
  • Strong product mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs and using data to design and iterate on product features that drive growth and optimization within the funnel. A strong understanding of product development lifecycles and technology platforms is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, data, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent work experience in a technical role
