Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline by proactively identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and conducting discovery meetings to understand enterprise video and content management needs
  • Driving revenue growth by meeting sales objectives, delivering compelling presentations, and using solution-selling techniques to close deals with current and prospective customers
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and account teams to identify fast-paced displacement opportunities, develop value propositions, and coordinate pipeline development
  • Evangelizing video management solutions by staying current on industry trends, enabling internal teams, and positioning Zoom's differentiators against competitors
  • Delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer engagements while partnering with product teams on integrations and roadmap requirements

Skills

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in video management, event technology, or SaaS environments with proven track record exceeding targets
  • Apply 3+ years of hands-on experience with video management platforms such as Panopto, Kaltura, Vimeo Enterprise, or Brightcove
  • Navigate complex sales processes and customer journeys in technology or SaaS environments with tenacious understanding of enterprise buying cycles
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and present compelling recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track customer engagement
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in ever-changing, dynamic environments
  • Leverage experience with Learning Management System (LMS) integrations, educational technology, or video analytics platforms
  • Bring 8+ years of enterprise video management or event technology experience with deep market knowledge
