Job Description:Retail Banking Specialist

In the capacity of a Retail Banking Specialist the individual functions as a crucial interface between customers and TD, employing financial expertise and a consultative approach to help customers address their banking needs and achieve financial well-being. This involvement is essential in fostering business growth through the identification of TD solutions that empower customers to fulfill financial aspirations and strengthen their association with TD.

Qualifications:

  • Possessing either a high school diploma or a GED credential demonstrates educational achievement post secondary-level studies.
  • A track record of over one year in customer service or sales (volunteering, educational experience, or military service may be considered as substitutes).
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Completion of teller training is a necessity.
  • Favorable qualities include adeptness in customer interactions and imparting product information.
  • Proficient in organizational capabilities; skilled at handling numerous responsibilities in rapid-paced situations.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills through precision, simplicity, and constancy.
  • Skill in prioritizing duties, meeting time constraints, and working self-sufficiently.
  • Exhibiting strong discernment and skillful at finding solutions adeptly.
  • Proficient in navigating Microsoft Office tools.
