That's WEIS!</p><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p><b>Location Address:</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div></div></div>1002 Weis Remote Road<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br>The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:</p><p></p><ul><li>Investigate and resolve external theft (Shoplifting, Organized Retail Crime, etc.).</li><li>Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates intelligence on individuals and groups involved in organizational retail crime.</li><li>Thoroughly documents information gathered to aid in successful prosecution.</li><li>Provides guidance to store Asset Protection teams on investigative plans.</li><li>Operate the store CCTV system.</li><li>Conduct undercover surveillances.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Weis Markets and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Refers cases to law enforcement for prosecution.</li><li>Professionally represent Weis Markets in court hearings and mediations.</li><li>Effectively manage time and scheduling to best suit the company’s needs including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.</li><li>Travel to multiple locations within an assigned area and provide investigative support.</li><li>Partners with Store Management and associates to best protect the company assets.</li><li>Supports stores in cases of significant business disruptions (robbery, protests, natural disasters, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br>This position does not directly supervise associates.<br><br><b>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</b><br><br>To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
