OVERVIEW

As a Retail Facilities Manager for the Central US market, your objective is to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment for our clientele and store teams by implementing proactive and efficient maintenance strategies. You will manage repairs, renovations, and improvements while working closely with external contractors and vendors. Your leadership will play a critical role in maintaining our brand's standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Oversee the daily operations of retail facilities, ensuring that all functions are performed in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring service contracts are adhered to and invoices are managed properly.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facilities maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
  • Project Management: Plan and oversee renovation and construction projects, managing timelines and budgets while minimizing disruption to retail operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, and inspections. Prepare regular reports on facility issues, project status, and budgetary concerns.
