Job Description ABOUT THE CO-OP PROGRAM Bose Corporation is seeking students to participate in our Co-op Program who share our belief that sound is power. During the six-month co-op, students will have the chance to apply classroom learning in a hands-on work environment. Co-op participants will network across the business to gain diverse perspectives within Bose Corporation. Additionally, co-ops will connect with other students and colleagues, building valuable professional relationships for the future. Fall Co-op: Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid, in-office format from July 13 through December 18, 2026. No relocation assistance is available. Being currently authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics: Identify, size, and analyze trend data for Returns, Repairs, and Remanufacturing operations
  • Build and maintain data views to understand operational performance and identify quality trends
  • Ensure process data is effectively feeding KPI and other user dashboards
  • Work to connect Reverse Logistics data insights to product and customer quality data
  • General Responsibilities: Identify business process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Present project reviews in written reports and oral presentations to all levels of Supply Chain management
  • Project work in support of Reverse Logistics operations

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must have: Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) enabling report creation
  • Working knowledge of data reporting and use cases for the data being collected
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Attention to detail and results oriented
  • Creativity and innovation in analysis of data sets
  • Must be self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency

Nice-to-haves

  • Considered a strong plus: Knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain operations
  • Able to handle complex tasks and assignments along with demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives
  • Working knowledge of 8D Problem Solving, Six Sigma and Lean Principles
