Job Description:

  • Should have a good understanding of Identity and Access Management platform framework and functions.
  • Should have good experience with Implementing, supporting, and maintaining of RSA IGL platform for user identity life cycle.
  • Should have good understanding of RSA IGL architecture overview and its components
  • Should have good understanding of Microsoft Identity, Access and Governance platform.
  • Proven experience architecting, on-boarding of applications, role-based access controls, policy and password management, certifications, workflows and rules.
  • Deep knowledge and hands on technical experience with RSA IGL suite including\: JML process, Access Request, Reporting, Script configurations, Automated Provisioning and Password Management.
  • Lead system integrations for both internal facing and external facing systems/applications with RSA IGL
  • Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System User Accounts for identity unification process within RSA
  • Should have good working knowledge on SQL Database, SQL reporting Services and SQL operation related to MIM
  • Should have skills on Designing and implementing SET, MPR, WORKFLOW in MIM Portal and synchronization process in MIM in order to integrate Source and Target Platforms
  • Should be well verse with Different type of MA Creations, MIM Schema updating, Data & Attribute Flow setup, Understanding of Sync rule, Configure run profiles and.dll extension file setup configuration for Advance Sync rules
  • Should have experience in managing the inbound and outbound Synchronization flows across multiple data sources
  • Should have Experience in configuring and managing the Management Agents.
  • Should have Experience in managing the attribute flows, provisioning and projection rules.
  • Experience in managing the MIM Service and the Portal
  • Good to have skills and experience on Windows PowerShell required for development and scripting

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Primary Skills\: RSA Identity Governance Lifecycle, Microsoft MIM
  • Secondary Skills\: Azure AD IAM ; Application Access Management
  • At least 10+ years of overall IAM experience, and at least 5+ years of experience in RSA IGL and working knowledge of MIM.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployments.
