What You'll Do: As an SDR or BDR, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

What We're Looking For:
  • Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred

Permanent residency in one of the following states:
FL, NJ, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT

Requirements:
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications
  • Must have two monitors REQUIRED
  • Computer must have at least 16gbs of ram

Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus

    Working Conditions:

    This is a remote position and will require a quiet/private work environment, with a secure internet connection, with constant use of a computer, headset, camera, mouse, keyboard, desk/table, electricity, and comfortable chair during working hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Frequent and repetitive movement of hands and arms is required as SDR will be constantly operating a computer and VoIP system and must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the day.


    The ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with a headset and camera to communicate with and able to convey information to prospects, clients, managers, and staff regarding campaigns. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


    Must be able to adhere to a structured schedule and be ready to perform any/all job duties by 8:30 am EST Monday-Friday. Completion of the Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment.
