Responsibilities

As a Managing Senior Partner, you will be expected to recruit, train, and develop the sales teams in your territory using our proven sales system. You will also run weekly sales meetings and lead from the front as a player-coach. You will work closely with the installation and services team to ensure our customer get the highest level of service. You will report to the Regional Executive Partner and have direct interaction with the company’s leadership.

Compensation

The income opportunity for an MSP for the first year is $130,000 - $180,000 per year +. We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, PTO and full benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • 5+ years in leadership roles with direct reports
  • Experience with Home Exterior improvement, products, and/or construction
  • Passionate for developing people to maximize their potential.
  • Top performer in previous roles.
  • Proven exemplary leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong will to learn and be coached, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Proven ability to achieve superior results with minimal guidance
  • Ability to relate to millennials and GenZ College preferred
  • Bachelors (Preferred)
