Compensation can be negotiable based on sales and STR Experience and the candidate must have both to be considered. Some leads will be provided from our marketing, others will need to be self generated. Looking for another individual to join our growing sales team.

Vision: To become the go-to name in STR Revenue Management, helping property owners achieve financial freedom through maximized revenue.

The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven salesperson to help grow our client base by 10+ units per month. You’ll connect with STR owners, demonstrate the value of our services, and play a key role in scaling our company to an industry leader.

Sales activities may include but are not limited to:

  • Calling and meeting management companies
  • Calling and meeting Owners of 2-20+ STR's
  • 10DLC compliant texting
  • Postcards to be sent to owners of 2+ units
  • Compliant cold email outreach
  • Attending networking events with STR owners and real estate investors locally and/or across the region/country
  • Post on facebook and other online groups with STR owners
  • Monthly webinar and lunch and learn groups
  • Track KPI’s and keep CRM up to date- Updating CRM daily and using Go High Level, Wavv, and other sales team tools and systems/processes.
  • Call/text/email/video call inbound leads quickly after arrival into our system

Key Qualities:

  • Experience with STR’s AND sales required.
  • Someone with fire and ability to overcome life's obstacles, Growth and team mindset
  • A people person-someone comfortable talking with people and can really show our why in their conversations- not sales- leads with value
  • Good listener- they hear the clients
  • Straight shooter- no fluff- speaks real and truly cares
  • Good on the phone
  • Good presenter-speaker

Income Opportunity

  • Base salary plus:
  • Competitive commission per unit brought on board.
  • Performance bonuses based on units acquired.

Location:

  • The home office is in Charleston SC. Candidates in STR heavy markets will be considered as well as local candidates. Some travel to Charleston may be required for remote employees. Team meetings will be conducted on east coast time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
