This role is critical in providing essential support to the Secondary Review Team by working with care coordination staff to ensure that submission of reviews are processed and documented in a timely manner. Additionally, this role will help support tracking of various reporting elements for analysis and trending. The Secondary Review Team consists of nurses and administrative coordinators within the plan.
