As part of our expansion, we are recruiting motivated individuals who want to build long-term income, grow their own client bank, and play a key role in our national estate-planning network.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for:

You will operate as a self-employed consultant, generating your own pipeline or working your existing network. Full support, training, templates, legal assistance and compliance guidance are provided.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

You will be responsible for:

Client Engagement

  • Conducting remote client meetings via Teams or phone
  • Gathering client information and understanding their needs
  • Advising on suitable products (Wills, LPAs, Trusts)

Business Development

  • Growing your own client bank through referrals, networking, and social media
  • Following up leads and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Maintaining strong customer service standards

Case Management

  • Completing fact-find documents and suitability assessments
  • Sending instructions to the drafting team
  • Ensuring clients understand the process from start to finish

Compliance

  • Following regulatory process and ensuring files are accurate
  • Using approved templates and legal documents
  • Working with our legal support team on complex cases

Earnings & Commission Structure

We offer above-industry-standard commissions with no cap on income:

Wills

  • Price: £150
  • Advisor Commission (35%): £52.50 per Will

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

  • Price: £420 per document
  • Advisor Commission (35%): £147 per document
  • Both LPAs (£750 package) → £262.50 commission

Trusts

  • Price: £4,750
  • Advisor Commission: £800 per completed Trust

Realistic Monthly Earnings Example

If you complete or refer:

  • 16 Wills
  • 8 LPAs
  • 2 Trusts

Your monthly earning potential is approximately:

£3,500 – £5,000+ per month

(More if you secure higher-volume referrals or specialise in Trusts)

High performers earning £6,000–£10,000+ per month are completely realistic.

  • Proof of ID & Address
  • Completed Self-Employed Application Form
