Overview

A rapidly growing, privately held real estate owner/operator is adding a Senior Accountant to its finance team as a proactive, growth-driven hire. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen property-level accounting and improve how the organization leverages its core accounting system as the portfolio continues to scale.

The company operates a national portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate assets, including properties in active construction and stabilized operations. This role offers meaningful ownership, systems exposure, and the opportunity to influence best practices in a lean, collaborative finance team.
