Your role at Sephora:

Sephora USA, Inc. has multiple Analyst, Personalization Data Science positions available in San Fracisco, CA. You will: Develop and implement a set of techniques and analytics to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Design and implement innovative analytical solutions and work alongside the product and engineering teams. Apply data mining, advanced feature engineering techniques, and natural language processing to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Evaluate new features and architecture that will form the basis for innovative data solutions at Sephora. Build comprehensive analytics views of predictive drivers and forecast their growth to perform opportunity sizing. Work from home in the United States permitted.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered, Data Scientist, Intern, or related occupation

Skills:

Experience must include: Python; R; Cloud Services such as Google or Microsoft; SQL; big data; ML algorithms; forecasting and predictive analytics; A/B testing; deep learning using TensorFlow and PyTorch python packages; optimization algorithms using SciPy python package; wrangling complex datasets using Pandas for data manipulation; NumPy for numerical computations and Beautiful Soup for web scraping; association calculations using FP growth and Prefix Span; and statistical modeling using Statsmodels python package.

Rate of Pay: 40 hours/week; $133,952– 205,196 /year
