<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li><p><u><b>What will you do?</b></u></p></li><li>As a Senior Associate focused primarily on Real Estate in the M&A team, you will work closely with Real Estate Managing Director(s), Real Estate M&A Team, and Real Estate Industry team on real estate specific M&A transactions and potential business opportunities</li><li>Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties</li><li>Work with Analysts and deal teams in development of pitch books and related client materials</li><li>Coordinate with Industry groups and other groups to evaluate and originate new business ideas/opportunities</li><li>Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business</li><li>Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities</li><li>Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis</li><li><p><u><b>What do you need to succeed?</b></u></p></li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Minimum of four years of Investment Banking experience - previous experience in the M&A space is highly desired and prior Real Estate investment banking experience is highly desired</li><li>Strong understanding of valuation, financial and operational metrics, merger modeling and transaction execution’</li><li>Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling</li><li>Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting</li><li>Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests</li><li>Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels of organization</li><li>Must maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct</li><li>Series 79 & 63 licensed</li><li>Value and possess strong competency in the following behaviors: Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity and Operating with Diverse and Inclusive Mindset</li><li><p></p><p><u><b>What’s in it for you?</b></u></p><p>We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits
