We're now hiring a BI Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in London or Barcelona .

This team sits at the heart of the company. We turn raw data into clarity, alignment, and momentum. We don't just report numbers: we define what they mean , make them trusted, and put them in the hands of people who need them.

You'll report directly to our Head of Data & Analytics .


YOU ARE
  • a BI-first practitioner who cares about clarity, performance, and trust.

  • Curious, structured, and comfortable owning things from definition to delivery.
YOU WILL
  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports in Power BI and Metabase (Databricks)
  • Own KPI definitions, metrics, and dimensional models used across the business
  • Build and maintain a governed semantic layer with consistent logic and access controls
  • Create and manage a single, trusted catalog of dashboards and reports, including ownership, certification, and lifecycle
  • Ensure row-level and column-level security is correctly implemented
  • Enable self-serve analytics through certified datasets, templates, and training
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reusable BI assets
  • Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs for data freshness, accuracy, and dashboard performance
  • Monitor refreshes and query performance and continuously improve reliability and speed
YOU HAVE
  • Strong experience with a BI tool ( Power BI, Looker, or Tableau )
  • Solid SQL and experience shaping analytics-ready data models
  • Proven dashboard UX skills (layout, filters, drill paths, clarity)
  • Experience with semantic modelling, KPIs, and metric governance
  • Experience with data security and access control
  • A track record of building performant, reliable BI
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
