We are seeking a Sr. Accountant with end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping and accounting process experience. This is a 100% fully remote position<br><br></strong><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Full-cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting services</li><li>Financial reporting and analysis with recommendations to clients</li><li>Daily client bookkeeping managing A/R, A/P, Sales, CR and Disbursements</li><li>Monthly client reconciliations of vendor, bank, and credit card statements</li><li>Balance sheet accounts i.e.: petty cash, payroll liabilities and loans</li><li>Processing and posting client Payroll</li><li>Month-end closing reporting and processing</li><li>Tax compliance, assisting with documentation and preparation for filing<br><br></li></ul><strong>Sr. Accountant Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Full-Cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting for multi-entity/multi-location clients</li><li>A minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience</li><li>Experience supporting Home Services Businesses (the trades i.e.: Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Landscape, pest control, etc.)</li><li>Must have exceptional QuickBooks Online AND Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup)</li><li>Experience with Billable hours</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>End-to-End transactional bookkeeping with strong financial reporting and analysis experience</li><li>AI and Technology Proficiency: This role requires the regular use of AI‑enabled tools to enhance productivity and support decision‑making.
