  • Developing aviation strategy for airlines, airports or MRO; sharpening future business models and identifying decisive capabilities to succeed in competition
  • Designing end-to-end aviation processes with high understanding of commercial and operational coherences
  • Building on practical experience to re-organize airline or airport functions
  • Optimizing MRO processes to shorten lead times and increase aircraft availability
  • Leveraging modern technology such as AI, robotics, IoT, UAS, or AR/VR amongst others towards new ways to approach key questions in aviation on operations and/or commercial side
  • Transforming airlines, airport and MRO organizations to constantly deliver high performance and customer centricity
  • Taking responsibility for sub-projects, presenting at Management Board level and actively contributing own ideas for our further development

Profil
  • Master's degree in economics or (aerospace) engineering, ideally supplemented by MBA od PhD
  • Professional experience in airline, airport or MRO management ideally in a consulting environment
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation for airlines or airports
  • Collaborative mindset, intrinsic motivation and passion for teamwork
  • Fluent English and German, further languages are favorable
  • High willingness for domestic and international travel
