About the position

The Seller Experiences team at StubHub is responsible for creating clear, trustworthy, and efficient experiences for sellers across the entire lifecycle—from listing and fulfillment to monetization and support. As we pursue big bets and rapidly enhance our existing experiences, we are seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content strategy and execution for high-impact seller experiences and reliable ticket delivery to users. This role will focus on shaping end-to-end content systems that support seller retention, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. You’ll partner closely with Product, Fulfillment, and Global Support teams to design content that reduces friction, builds trust, and enables sellers of all types—from one-time listers to enterprise partners—to succeed on our platform. Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy and execution for critical seller initiatives, stress-free buying and selling reliability, and new monetization experiences
  • Design and optimize seller-facing content across web, mobile, system messaging, and email, ensuring clarity, consistency, and trust throughout the seller journey
  • Lead content design for fulfillment flows, including ticket transfer, confirmations, error states, and proactive guidance to prevent mis-delivery and disputes
  • Partner closely with Fulfillment and Global Support teams to create empathetic, actionable system messages and templates that reduce support dependency and improve self-service
  • Develop transparent, high-integrity content frameworks for new monetization features, balancing revenue goals with a non-spammy seller experience
  • Design onboarding, retention, and feature-adoption content, helping event rights holders and sellers adopt best practices and scale inventory
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to test, iterate, and refine content based on seller behavior, experimentation, and business outcomes
  • Advocate for seller needs by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities in content, and proactively driving improvements that strengthen platform trust and reliability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact in complex B2B or marketplace products
  • Proven experience designing content for transactional, financially oriented experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content workstreams autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong systems thinking, with experience creating scalable content frameworks, guidelines, and patterns across large product surfaces
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Support, and Operations teams to influence product direction and drive measurable outcomes
  • Comfort using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to inform content decisions and optimize for business and user outcomes
