Job Description:

  • Develop and implement integrated channel strategies tailored to each global corporate account.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Align U.S. channel initiatives with global priorities and account-specific goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to capture market share.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team focused on channel development and account management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Partner with global account leads and team to ensure consistent messaging, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and track channel performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in managing global and/or large corporate accounts within the healthcare or optical industry.
  • Proven track history of strong leadership and team management skills are required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Must be flexible & comfortable working across multiple time zones (both domestically & internationally) including early-morning/later-evening meetings.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, strategic account leadership and/or commercial operations.
  • International/global experience is highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
